MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Training of Master's degree students responds to time requirements against competencies of specialists in HRM.
Our objective is to train Master's degree students who are able to manage a company at all stages of development, find viable solutions to the resource and organizational support of the company, and solve strategic business tasks in an anticipatory manner.

Degree after completion of the course "Master"

Full time day degree. Program in English.

Duration - 1 year. 

One academic year is 10 months (from September to June).
 

Our graduates have in-depth knowledge of:

  • HRM in the company
  • cross-group and personal interaction;
  • HR management skills. 

They are able to solve such problems as:

  • HR policy-making in the company;
  • setting strategic and operational staffing objectives;
  • development and adoption of innovative solutions in HRM;
  • development of recruitment and personnel placement technologies;
  • personnel certification; development of an incentive program;
  • coordination and modification of organizational activities and behavior;
  • personnel training and development.

On completing the course, our students will receive a Master's degree and can work:

  • HR managers;
  • Professional consultants in HR management;
  • Managers and specialists in different areas of HR departments and projects in leading Belarusian and foreign companies;
  • Leading strategic development or business performance specialists and managers;
  • HR researchers and analysts;
  • Business coaches.
They will be sought-after specialists in HR management, recruitment, selection, personnel development and training, as well as vocational guidance and employment officers, marketing specialists and research workers in the appropriate field.

    It's a great honor to spend a year of Master's study life with dear teachers and lovely classmates in Belarusian State University. Our classmates help each other and get along well with each other. I like professor Yulia Sapozhnikava and professor Kirill Savrassov most. Julia is very beautiful and the knowledge she taught us in class is also very easy to understand. I like the Miro tool she used to discuss and communicate in class with us. We can communicate and express our own ideas, and the classroom atmosphere is very active. The learning task goals set by Mr. Kirill on the learning website are very clear, and also we can apply the knowledge to our Master's thesis.

    I want to talk about my learning experience over the past few months. First of all, I am grateful to BSU for giving me the opportunity to receive a Master's education, and let me realize my dream. Throughout the course, I felt the education level of BSU. The teachers are very attentive. Their teaching level is excellent and their life experience is also very rich.
    The Strategic Management course of teacher Kirill Savrassov let us know how to formulate strategy, how to execute strategy, how to conduct strategic analysis and make strategic decisions.
    The Project Management course of teacher Yulia Nichkasova taught us how to manage the life cycle of a project through simulated projects.
    Teacher Ekaterina Samuseva’s Russian course gave us a taste of the charm of Russian and gave us the opportunity to learn our favorite Russian songs, such as "Katyusha".
    There are other teachers who teach equally well.
    The good times are always short…
