  • 2007 - 2012 - Chief Executive Director of the Moscow Government's Investment Project for Housing Construction in Minsk. 11 construction sites. Completion of project design for all facilities. Two houses (28,000 m2) and engineering communications totaling $8 million were put into operation.
  • 2000- Expert evaluation of the financial and economic situation of the applicants at the international competition for the selection of the mobile communication operator of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
