The Master's Program "Innovation Management" has a practical focus.
Students do internships at enterprises of various forms of ownership and various sectors of the economy.
The internship takes place in the second term and lasts for two weeks. During this period, students study and analyze the ability to form concepts, strategies, programs and solutions for the effective development of an innovative enterprise.
An internship, which is an integral part of the educational process, is aimed at:
- strengthening the knowledge and skills acquired during the theoretical training under the Program;
- mastering the methods and techniques of developing strategies for modern companies;
- formation of professional skills for analyzing and forecasting the state and development of an innovative enterprise;
- formation of professional skills for assessing risks in making financial decisions;
- control over the proper implementation of developed projects and investment decisions in the field of effective management.
During the training period, students of the master's program "Innovation Management" have the opportunity to visit various Belarusian enterprises, get acquainted with their daily activities, study the range of products, as well as the features of management in various sectors of the economy.
